Justin has a passion for the outdoors that began in his adolescent years assisting his father in the landscaping field. He developed a focus for this work that continues to grow since his early days working with his dad.
With this zeal and ultimate goal of providing clients with the professional knowledge and service, Justin attained a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Accompanying his joy for outdoor living, Justin is driven by life-long education. Combining his main motivations, Justin attended the UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture in their selective specialty school, the International Winter School for Turf Managers in 2018.

Brett Mcculley

As the foreman of H&H Property Management, Brett is a knowledgeable recourse to the team. His past landscape experience is evident, yet he is always looking for new opportunities to continue to learn and grow. His proficiency in heavy equipment operation, as well as smaller lawn care machinery provides precision and expertise to each project, whether it be simple lawn maintenance or a complex landscape design. After completion of Green School where he learned valuable management, maintenance, and sustainability skills, Brett is eager to continue his landscape journey as our team lead.

Sam has always been interested in landscaping and joined our team with the goal to broaden his knowledge, hone his skills, and challenge himself. He welcomed any opportunity for growth and completed educational courses with a focus on plant establishment and maintenance, proper pruning practices, soils and plant nutrition, turf grass establishment and maintenance. He shows close attention to detail and always brings a positive attitude. He is an excellent team player and is able to take direction, but will also take initiative while working alone. Sam is a great asset to our team and is hoping to continue to grow in his landscape career.

A little History
As a second-generation landscaper, Justin’s career started at a young age assisting his father with his company. In turn, he developed the knowledge and skills in the landscaping field well before starting his higher education.
Today, Justin and his team continue to grow with the goal of contributing to the local community and it’s natural landscape.
